Costumes Women - any color corset and skirt* patterned stockings short black boots rhinestone jewelry decorated top hat and feather boa.            *Corsets must be boned. No camisoles. Midriff must be covered.      *Skirts should be "can-can" or "flowing" but not extend below the knee. Men - Black Tuxedos with white shirts in keeping with the Moulin Rouge theme. All costumes must be approved by the Costume Magistrate.
